Rapper Pitch Black Afro, genuine name Thulani Ngcobo, didn’t contribute up court on Wednesday morning for judgment on his homicide preliminary.
Ngcobo, who has been being investigated for the homicide of his better half Catherine “Trisha” Modisane and overcoming the closures of equity, should be moved with different prisoners toward the South Gauteng High Court in Johannesburg yet didn’t make it to court.
A bothered looking cop came into the court that should hear Ngcobo’s issue and said the rapper had been abandoned and would in this manner not be going to court on Wednesday.
Ngcobo purportedly slaughtered his significant other in a B&B on December 30 2018 after a contention resulted. He admitted to the wrongdoing and later made a 180 degrees turn, guaranteeing that he was constrained into making the admission by cops. Judge J du Plesis has since seen his announcement as admissible.
Judgment has been deferred to Thursday.
