Previous president Thabo Mbeki says he is baffled by rehashed claims that the acquisition of military weapons and protection was a degenerate procedure and has tested those creation the charges to give proof in court.
Mbeki reacted today to the results of the Seriti Arms Deal Commission of Inquiry, which discovered there was no defilement in the midst of cases that the whole examination was a whitewash.
